Every year 17% children between age of 2 to 9 years suffer from some neurodevelopmental disorder. Research says developmental delay was detected in 32% of babies born prematurely. Working as an occupational therapist for years made me realized why not work at grass root level & provide intervention at the NICU level when babies are born. Problem in India is lack of trained manpower, proper documentation and underdeveloped facilities. So INDIA EBUS is a complete package of Brain Oriented Care provided in NICU. It provides training, direct intervention, support products and a cloud based software for documentation & guidance.

It was at the Association for Neonatal Therapists' Annual National Conference (ANT - 2019), the All India Occupational Therapists' Association's Annual National Conference (AIOTA - 2020), and the Zoho Creator Award in 2022. It was also chosen for the Maharashtra Women's Economic Empowerment Program 2022. It was a collaborative between the Maharashtra government, the Maharashtra State Innovation Society, and the Alliance for Commercialization and Innovation Research (ACIR).

HOP Baby is good option for positioning the low birth weight, pre term baby to reduce postural stresses and neuro protection of immature nervous system. There is need to perform randomized controlled trial with other devices to choose the best option for positioning
