Every year 17% children between age of 2 to 9 years suffer from some neurodevelopmental disorder. Research says developmental delay was detected in 32% of babies born prematurely. Working as an occupational therapist for years made me realized why not work at grass root level & provide intervention at the NICU level when babies are born. Problem in India is lack of trained manpower, proper documentation and underdeveloped facilities. So INDIA EBUS is a complete package of Brain Oriented Care provided in NICU. It provides training, direct intervention, support products and a cloud based software for documentation & guidance.

HOP Baby is good option for positioning the low birth weight, pre term baby to reduce postural stresses and neuro protection of immature nervous system. There is need to perform randomized controlled trial with other devices to choose the best option for positioning
It is novel concept. Very useful. Should be spread and implemented widely. Best wishes for Nobel work.
