The Humane Neurodevelopmental Care in the NICU fellowship offers extensive 500 hours of hands-on experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and related environments.
This program is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate and developmentally supportive care for vulnerable newborns.
Through immersive training, fellows will learn to implement best practices that promote optimal neurodevelopment and enhance the overall well-being of neonates.

The entire programme will be completed in a hybrid mode. It will include clinical setting, classroom and online sessions.
Description
The fellowship will focus on evidence-based therapeutic intervention programs in the NICU, providing participants with tools, methods, and improved critical problem-solving abilities. The human environment in the NICU, as well as the experience of all stakeholders, will be prioritized to provide optimal developmental care and neuroprotection.
The fellowship includes emotional awareness training as well as reflections to help participants better understand their relationships with themselves and others. The schedule, routine and activities aim to provide crucial insights into how attitudes can be changed to improve personal resilience, develop an expanded understanding of others, and, eventually, increase motivation.
It will involve team exercises as well as practical strategies for applying in your own context in the future.
