The primary goal of development assessment is to evaluate and identify critical aspects of a child's development, such as strengths and challenges that arise in various spheres of influence. Cognitive, social, linguistic, emotional, and physical development, as well as a variety of adaptive behaviours such as self-care and self-direction, are all part of this.
